Our Chefs have worked hard to create a new concept: an organic garden, where they grow local herbs and vegetables that are cooked during cooking classes.

Indeed, the garden is the very beginning of the cuisine and the roots. It’s a reminder for Chef of the importance of the product, its freshness and authenticity. In this organic garden, Chef grows the herbs and vegetables that are the most used in Thai cuisine such as lemongrass, papaya, chili, lime, the etc…a total of 16 kinds!

During our weekly cooking classes, you will pick up fresh vegetables and herbs directly from the organic garden, then you will enjoy a 2-hour cooking class with professional Thai Chef. This is a great opportunity to understand where your ingredients come from, and to see the products in their natural form, possessing all freshness and specific attributes.

You can select 3 dishes of your choice.  Whether you are a first-timer or a seasoned chef, you will never forget this unique Thai cooking class experience!

Schedule: Tuesday &  Thursday 15:00 – 17:00
Price: THB 2500++ per person, THB 2,999++ for 2 persons
Recipes choice:

  • Thai Fragrant Seafood Salad (Yam Talay)
  • Hot & Sour Tiger Prawns Soup (Tom Yam Goong)
  • Minced Pork Salad (Larb Moo)
  • Thai Papaya Salad (Som Tam Thai)
  • Green Curry of Chicken (Gaeng Kiaew Warn Gai)
  • Stir Fried Large Noodles with Pork & Vegetable (Pad See-Ew Moo)
  • Banana in Coconut Milk (Gluay Boat Chee)

Any additional dish will be charged THB 499++ (only one dish can be added in reason of the timing)
